Lexington NE to Evanston WY

We spent the night in this awesome cabin. Sorry we got in after dark and left as the sun rose so didn't get the best pictures. Thanks Bun and Carol for the wonderful nights sleep. What a place you have.  Left Johnson lake near Lexington about 8 am and traveled west on 80. Saw some wonderful sights of God's creation. Much different from Iowa. There was snow on the Medicine Bow mountains and the Uinta mountains. Beautiful!! We went over, around and through the mountains. From top to bottom the temperatures could very as much as 20 degrees at one point, but usually it was about 5 degrees difference.
Our trip started with a fun time with Judson as he went Trick'n Treating in his neighborhood. He had a lot of fun and we had fun watching him. After he went around his block, he stayed home and passed out candy. He had as much fun doing that as going door to door. Monday we had a great time visiting with our oldest grandchild, Sydney, as she is a student at York College. As you can see I am learning how to do this blog so things are a little messed up but I'll get better. I hope!!
